The short version
Because everything in the shop is a digital download, refunds aren’t offered once you’ve downloaded the file. If something’s gone wrong on my end — broken link, wrong file, a bug in the PDF — email me and I’ll always make it right.
The full policy
Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt digital content from the usual 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun.
You’ll be asked to confirm at checkout that you understand this.
Exceptions — I’ll refund or replace free of charge if:
- The download link doesn’t work and can’t be resent
- The file you received is corrupted or won’t open on a standard PDF reader
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You received a different product to the one you paid for
In any of those cases, email hello@calm-in-the-chaos.co.uk with your order number and a quick description of the problem. I’ll respond within two working days. If a refund is owed, it’ll land back on the card you paid with inside 5–10 working days once processed.
Changed your mind after buying? If you haven’t downloaded the file yet (Payhip can confirm), I can refund in good faith. Just email within 24 hours of purchase.
Spotted a typo or mistake in a product? Please tell me — I’ll fix it, reissue the file to everyone who’s bought it, and thank you for the heads-up.
