This is an agreement between you (the buyer) and Calm in the Chaos (the shop). By completing a purchase from calm-in-the-chaos.co.uk or payhip.com/calminthechaos you’re agreeing to these terms.
The shop
Calm in the Chaos is a small UK-based digital shop selling printable PDF planners, checklists, and templates. Everything sold here is a digital file — nothing physical is shipped.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (and optionally PayPal) through Payhip, our storefront provider. I don’t see, store, or handle your card details directly.
All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payhip adds VAT at checkout for customers in VAT-applicable regions.
Delivery
You’ll receive an email with a secure download link within a few minutes of your payment clearing. The link is valid for 5 downloads within 30 days — enough for you to save the file on every device you need it on. If something goes wrong at this stage, email hello@calm-in-the-chaos.co.uk and I’ll sort it.
Use of your files
Everything in the shop is licensed for personal use only.
You can:
- Print the file as many times as you like for yourself and your immediate household
- Save it on your own devices
- Fill it in, scribble on it, laminate it, write on it in permanent marker
You cannot:
- Share the file with friends, family members outside your household, or online
- Upload it anywhere — a Dropbox folder, a Facebook group, a public drive
- Resell it, repackage it, or include it in any commercial product
- Translate it, re-brand it, or claim it as your own work
If you know someone who’d find a product useful, please point them at the shop rather than passing the file on. It’s what keeps this place running.
Copyright
All text, illustrations, layouts, and designs remain the copyright of Calm in the Chaos. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it as described above — it doesn’t transfer ownership.
Refunds
Because you can’t really “return” a digital file, refunds aren’t offered once a file has been downloaded. Please check the product description, preview images, and page count before buying.
If your file won’t open, the download link has broken, or you’ve received a different product to the one you paid for, that’s on me to fix — email hello@calm-in-the-chaos.co.uk and I’ll either resend the file or refund you in full.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once the download has begun — you’ll be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
Liability
Products are provided “as is”. They’re tools, not professional advice. Calm in the Chaos is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial guidance. I can’t be held responsible for decisions you make after using a product, and my total liability for any claim is capped at the price you paid for the file.
